The Thera Box is a monthly Self Care subscription box. It is a therapist curated box filled with happiness and joyful products. Full-sized items for the mind, body, and soul.
I have never used or received a curated box specifically for self care. So I was excited to try this box and share my honest opinions with you.

Products Received:
- Skin-Fulness – Hydro-Cellulose Lotion Skin Mask – 1 Sheet – $9 – It is not just a sheet mask. This mask is part of a meditation process. On the back of each sheet mask there is a QR code which links to a Guided Meditation right on their website. The mask it self is so amazing and it makes me want to take more meditation moments with myself.
- Way of Will – Nail & Cuticle Serum – $24 – I love the smell of this serum. This is unlike anything I have ever used. I knew there was such thing as a nail oil but never thought I’d get it and enjoy it myself. It has Lavender, Geranium Ylang-Ylang and essential oils. The serum is to help moisturizes the skin, protects cuticles from dryness and damage, and strengthens brittle nails to prevent chipping and breakage.
- Willow Collective – Self Love Candle – $15 – I love love love the smell of this candle! It is a 100% Soy Candle that is apricot scented with rose quartz stones. It is the most adorable thing I’ve seen. It really uplifts my mood instantly when I light it.
- Earth Harbor – Aurora Superfood Luminance Ampoule – $32 – This superfood ampoule energizes and soothes the skin while leaving a dewy look. It is a very earthy scent which is not my favorite. Definitely something great to use in the morning to leaving your face feel more awake.
- Riddy Oil – Poppy – $50 – This Roll-On Fragrance is a Citrus and Floral. Scent Notes – Orange blossom | Lemon | Rose | Ylang Ylang. My goodness this smells so amazing! You really only need a little bit because it is so fragrant. You only need to roll on to your wrist a small amount and pat into the skin. This is probably something I would definitely repurchase for sure.
- RealHer Makeup – “Eye Am Beautiful” Mascara – $18 – I have really long lashes that needs a bit of a lift. This mascara specifically focuses on volume which for sure provides that. It doesn’t clump up as I use the product or even add multiple layers. It’s not bad but nothing amazing but affordable enough.
- e-Resonance – Stress Reduction Essentials Deck – $22.66 – These deck of cards is nothing I have seen before. Each card has a description of a 5-10 min self care reflection. Taking a moment to focus on yourself and answer questions about self awareness. Just like meditation you focus on yourself and be at one. I use this a couple of times a week or when I am more stressed than usual. It is also great to take a break from technology and just really listen to yourself.
- The Face Off Cloth – Cleansing Cloth – $14.99 – It is gentle and easy on the face. I’ve used it a couple of times to help remove the extra makeup off my face. It’s reusable and machine washable.
