Happy October 1st!
I can’t believe this year has flown by! This month is cause for celebration. I have reached a milestone…. it is my One Year Anniversary since starting my Instagram Beauty Blog.
Of course it is that time of the month to recap all my products that I’ve emptied in September. As a bonus – I will also be sharing products that I just did not like or expiring.
Here’s a Review and Ratings on all the products:
107 Global – Avocado Cuddle Sheet Mask – 5 STARS – I love these sheet masks. They conform to my face without any hassle. They don’t feel like they are sliding down my face when I move around. Also, the sheets are super soft and Cuddly! They leave my face ultra hydrated and luxurious.
Peach Slices Dark Spot Microdarts – 5 STARS – I feel like I empty one every month. I constantly buy this – so should you!
Peach Slices Banana & Pomegranate – 3 STARS – I didn’t enjoy these as much as their other fruits but it’s not bad for the price when I bought them during their sample sale.
Tosowoong Pure Green Tea Mask – 2 STARS – I didn’t enjoy this sheet mask. It kept falling off my face. Created a bit of irritation too. I’m not sure if Green Tea is my thing long term on my face.
Dr. Jart Teatreement Body Mist – 4 STARS – I notice this product is no longer available. I really enjoyed it over time. It helps with my redness from new breakouts. Even on hot days I was able to use this to refresh my skin. Didn’t cause any irritation or dryness.
Cocokind Texture Smoothing Cream (sample) – 4 STARS – I enjoyed this. Great for the summer as it’s very lightweight. Not sure how I would feel for the winter months. Light earthy scent to the product but melts so well onto my skin. I may repurchase in the future.
Good Molecules Caffeine Eye Patches – 4 STARS – These were great patches in the morning to wake up my eyes. It didn’t slide off my face at all. No scent or irritation to my eye area. Pretty much keep the area hydrated too. I have personal reasons as to why I won’t repurchase this brand.
Koa Life Vita-C Brightening Cleanser – 4 STARS – It was nice at first. But I started to realize the foam dried out my skin fairly quickly even only using during the morning routine. I did notice some lightening of newer hyperpigmentation.
Here are the products I absolutely hated or didn’t work out or expired.
Mud Masky Eye Mask – Smelt disgusting as advertised – couldn’t get over it. Also it irritated my eye area.
Buff Experts Turmeric & Papaya Brightening Deodorant – tried for 4 months with no positive results
Neogen Bio-Peel Wine – expired – I was only valet to use it a couple of times. I couldn’t find it helpful as I purposely purchased it for my back acne which didn’t work out. Also, before I opened it – it was already starting to dry out quicker than the other type of Bio-Peel I purchased.
Batiste Dry Shampoo (travel size) – Made my scalp itchier than before. I tried a couple of times with no avail. I have tried other dry shampoos that are so much better for me as a itchy scalp person.
Beautology Lab 24K Collagen Eye Mask – irritated my eye area so bad. After 2 tries I gave up. I guess my eye area is super sensitive to things more than usual.
